Accessing and Using Our Website
Last updated: October 2026
Crewqueen Garage Doors wants crewqueen.living to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This page describes our approach to access and ways to report difficulties. It is a general template and does not offer legal advice.
The Standard We Aim For
Our aim is a website that as many people as possible can use easily. We work toward Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1. These guidelines are a widely used benchmark for website accessibility.
Making Pages Easier to Use
Our efforts include trying to:
- Organize each page with clear headings
- Add alternative text that describes meaningful images
- Use strong color contrast for readable text
- Support movement through the site with a keyboard
- Adapt page layouts to different screen sizes
- Write in short, plain language
- Give each form field a label
Known Limits of Our Approach
Some areas may still fall short of these standards. Content supplied by third parties, including embedded tools, may sit outside our control. We regularly review the website and address issues we identify.
Another Way to Request Help
Difficulty using a page does not prevent you from seeking help through another route. Request a callback to reach a provider, or send an email to contact@crewqueen.living so we can assist where possible.
Tell Us What Went Wrong
Reports of access problems help guide improvements. Write to contact@crewqueen.living and describe:
- The page or tool involved
- What you were trying to do and what happened
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you can provide those details
We will review your message and aim to respond within a few business days.
Access During Future Updates
Accessibility remains an ongoing part of our work. We consider it whenever we update the website.
